CortexOps collects server metrics (CPU, memory, disk, network, service status) from monitoring agents you install on your infrastructure. We do not collect personal data beyond what you provide during signup (name, email). Server metric data is transmitted over TLS and stored in a PostgreSQL database.
Metric data is used solely to power the CortexOps monitoring dashboard and alert notifications. We do not sell, share, or use your infrastructure data for any other purpose. Analytics on our site (Meta Pixel) tracks page views and signup events only.
We use minimal session cookies to manage authenticated dashboard access. No third-party tracking cookies beyond the Meta Pixel disclosed above.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by emailing support@cortexops.systems. We delete all user data within 30 days of account deletion.
