CortexOps provides autonomous IT infrastructure monitoring as a subscription service. You agree to use it only for monitoring systems you own or have permission to monitor. You may not use the service to monitor third-party infrastructure without authorization.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.
Subscription fees are billed monthly. You can cancel anytime — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. CortexOps is not liable for losses arising from service downtime, lost alerts, or monitoring failures.
